Performance characteristics
This series of hammer mill are welded with thickened steel plates. Wear-resistant replaceable parts and double wear-resistant plates are used in the pulverizing chamber and the parts in contact with the material. The motor and the rotor of the pulverizer are installed on the same heavy base, and are directly connected by coupling Transmission, the rotor is verified by dynamic balance, and can work in forward and reverse directions, and the hammers are arranged symmetrically. The machine is simple in structure, fast and durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, simple to operate, small in vibration and high in productivity.

Note:The above indicators meet the following conditions, the variety of raw materials, wood chips, moisture is not more than 13%, and the capacity is not less than 0.72T/m3. The sieve diameter of the sieve plate of the pulverizer is Φ10, and the opening rate is not less than 33%. The sieve aperture/opening ratio affects throughput.
